Prior to Purchase

Please "Chat with Us" (bottom right-hand corner) with your design idea(s) so I can get an idea of what you are wanting. After our initial chat, I will direct you back to this listing to checkout.

After Purchase

You will receive an email from me at the email you leave at checkout. Please check your sp@m and j*&k folders if you have not received anything from me within 12 hours of placing your order. We will discuss your design idea once again and I will provide you a proof (written or drawn) of your design. Once a written or drawn proof is sent, there are NO refunds on this deposit. Please review and approve your proof within 48 hours of receiving it. If major changes are made, including a completely new proof to be sent, an additional design fee of $10 may be applied to your total. After approval, you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance owed. Balances must be paid before work will be done. Please pay promptly so I can begin ordering supplies and starting work on your custom piece. If not paid within 30 days of proof approval, the invoice will be canceled and this $10 deposit will be considered forfeited to cover my time.

Additional Information

Orders using a coupon code will be canceled immediately. No discounts or coupons can be used on custom orders.

Please note, although my necklaces are strung on a strong thread, repeated pulling on the necklace, by your child or someone else, will cause the thread to be pulled apart from the clasp. It is evident this has occurred because the spacing between the last knot and the end of the clasp becomes longer over time. As such, I advise you to ensure your child is NOT pulling on or playing with the necklace whether it is being worn or not. Once the thread has been pulled completely from the clasp, the entire necklace will have to be restrung in order for the necklace to be worn again safely. I do not recommend allowing your child to wear a broken necklace as this can lead to strangulation hazards. I am unable to honor any craftsmanship warranties to jewelry pieces due to misuse.

Please review the processing + shipping policies prior to placing your order.
