Wholesale

 

General Information

• Wholesale discount is 50% off MSRP (see below line sheet). Custom/ Exclusive designs available upon request for my jewelry. An additional design fee may be applied to the first order depending on the supplies needed to complete your vision.
• My initial minimum order is $150. No minimum for re-orders.
• All wholesale orders are made to order, thus turnaround time will be 3-5 business days. This is subject to change based on order volume and holiday schedules.
• We recommend the products be sold at or above the retail value listed on our line sheet depending on your customer base. 
• All products are eligible to be sold in your brick-and-mortar shop as well as your online shop website. Products are NOT eligible to be sold on a third-party website such as Etsy, Amazon, Ebay, or Facebook marketplace.
• Starter kits and bundles are available upon request.
• Right to exclusivity will be taken on a case-by-case basis, and we ask for mutual exclusivity if requested by the retailer. If you’re requiring a right to exclusivity/ non-compete within a certain zip code or area, we also request the same and ask that the retailer does not carry any similar items or brands. We appreciate our partnership with you!

Ordering

• Orders can be placed through email using this Google Spreadsheet template (follow instructions on the document).
• After the inventory has been verified, I will create your wholesale account on the platform and you will receive an invoice from hello@carehaandco.com (please add this to your safe contacts list so it doesn’t go to spam/ junk folders). You can check out using any credit card or through PayPal. Please ensure your shipping info is up to date! 
• If you are interested in Net 15-day terms, please let me know in the order email. I will require a credit card on file to process.

Delivery

• Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority mail with tracking, delivery confirmation, and insurance up to the value of the wholesale order. Retailers are responsible for shipping costs however I will do everything in our power to ensure we ship your order in the most cost-effective way. If your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact me IMMEDIATELY with pictures so I can work on shipping out the replacement item(s).
• Orders over $250 ship for free (U.S. only)
• Local (San Antonio/ Helotes/ Boerne areas only please): Local orders can be delivered to your store for a $10 delivery charge.
