Instructions for Use

For best results, first dry brush your neck, chest, and underarms using my contoured dry brush.

Shake well to incorporate oils. Using the dropper, apply a few drops to clean hands and gently massage over the chest, neck, armpits, and breast tissue using circular, upward motions.

Focus on areas where lymph nodes are located to help promote drainage and flow.
Best used after a warm shower or as part of your nightly self-care ritual.
