For as long as I can remember, I’ve experienced painful periods with heavy bleeding - pain that at times surpassed my natural labor with Evelyn. After much trial and error, I discovered that this blend of essential oils in castor oil provided the deepest relief. Now, I turn to this formula whenever I experience cramping, bloating, or abdominal tension. How to Use
Massage onto lower belly in circular motions. Apply heat pad or warm damp cloth for added relief. Avoid broken skin or open wounds. Do not use over cesarean incision until fully healed. For external use only. Not for use during pregnancy - contains essential oils that can trigger uterine contractions and cause preterm labor or miscarriage.

UPDATE: This product WORKS. I suffer from severe, disabling period pain that’s unresponsive to even strong doses of pain killers. (But hey, according to my OBGYNS, I’m in perfect health!) I’ve been trying to switch off of hormonal medications now to a more natural method of pain management (and hopefully one that actually works…) and tried this one. I applied it midday, after using another EO blend in the morning. I wasn’t sure how I would be at work (babysitting, which requires moderate movement), but I’m here doing fine! Almost no pain. (I did apply before pain got so severe) Thank you so much for the amazing product!!! Would most definitely repurchase

I’m always skeptical about period pain relief products, but I was given this product for free as a product tester, and WOW! I have always experienced really bad menstrual cramps, sometimes to the point of throwing up/ passing out. I received the oil on day 2 of my period, and applied a few drops to my lower abdomen about three times a day. Day 2 is usually the worst cramps-wise, but I was shocked at how good I felt! It took about 30 minutes to start feeling relief, and I only had cramping when it had been a while since my last application. I really think my period would’ve been completely pain free if I had used it more often! Words cannot express how impressed I am with this product, I will never go a period without it! If you’re on the fence at all, BUY IT!
