I’m always skeptical about period pain relief products, but I was given this product for free as a product tester, and WOW! I have always experienced really bad menstrual cramps, sometimes to the point of throwing up/ passing out. I received the oil on day 2 of my period, and applied a few drops to my lower abdomen about three times a day. Day 2 is usually the worst cramps-wise, but I was shocked at how good I felt! It took about 30 minutes to start feeling relief, and I only had cramping when it had been a while since my last application. I really think my period would’ve been completely pain free if I had used it more often! Words cannot express how impressed I am with this product, I will never go a period without it!
